The current assistant runs local prepared analyses for selected questions against accounting data. Free-form generative chat and internet-wide search are not promised as active services. Check the period, source records and access. Results based on incomplete, incorrect or demo data do not establish facts about a real business.
Automation rules and control
Owners choose amounts, accounts, dates and approval requirements. Server jobs and scheduled delivery require configured services and connectivity. Review execution history and failures. Creating a rule does not grant general authority for bank transfers or government filings.
Tax and fiscal documents
An authorized person reviews the regime, period, rates and supporting data in tax drafts. Official filing and signing require separate capabilities and authority. Internal bills and X/Z summaries do not replace fiscal register documents. Unsigned documents and a partner’s “accept” action are not automatically advanced electronic signatures.
Forecasts and human review
Cash-flow, profit and risk scenarios depend on assumptions and do not guarantee outcomes or tax savings. Material accounting, payment and legal decisions require authorized review. Approval rules and closed-period controls remain applicable. Without a separate agreement, the software is not represented as a licensed bank, audit or personal legal-advice service.
