Data processed
We process account email, a secure password hash, session data, business details, entered transactions and documents, invitations, support requests, technical security records and acceptance evidence. Enabled connections also involve Telegram chat IDs, calendar authorization tokens and integration data. Registration stores an age declaration, not your date of birth.
Purposes and legal basis
Data supports account creation, the selected service, accounting and reports, security, payment records and support. Self-provided information is used only for these purposes; statutory duties are a separate basis. Any legally required special consent, written form or EHIS process must be assessed separately and is not replaced by a registration checkbox.
Operations and access
Data may be stored, organized, used in calculations, searched, updated and, on instructions or legal requirements, transferred, archived or erased. Access is limited by account and business roles. Operator access for support and maintenance should be necessary and proportionate. Business owners manage staff permissions.
Providers and transfers
Hosting and essential email services may process data to operate the platform. The selected payment service processes payments. Telegram, Google/Microsoft, banks, social channels, external backup storage and adapters may receive data needed for an enabled feature. Hosting and active external services may involve processing outside Azerbaijan. Required transfer grounds and safeguards must be separately established by the operator; general acceptance is not unlimited consent to all future transfers.
Payments and credentials
Do not send support full card numbers, CVVs, bank passwords or one-time codes. Card details are entered with the payment provider; the app may process payment status and a renewal token with separate authorization. Passwords are hashed. Integration tokens and server keys must not be publicly exposed.
Retention and deletion
Account and business records are retained during the service and while needed for a lawful purpose. The operator reviews closure and erasure requests after checking identity and authority. Retention required for tax, payments, security and dispute evidence is assessed separately. Backups follow the configured storage policy and do not disappear immediately after live deletion. The operator must define category-specific periods and erase or lawfully archive data when its purpose ends.
Your rights and requests
You may ask about the existence, contents, source, purposes, recipients and grounds of processing; request correction or lawful erasure; object or withdraw consent. Email admin@hesabdar.site from your account address with the request. Do not attach passwords or identity-document copies initially. The operator will explain any legally required written or advanced-signature procedure. Your right to complain to an authority or court remains.
Marketing and choices
Registration does not automatically opt you into marketing, every integration or optional tracking. Telegram notification types and language are selected separately; /stop stops bot delivery. Cookie preferences can be changed on the site. Essential service, security and payment emails are separate from marketing.
Children and security
Account registration is for adults aged 18 or over. Roles, sessions and other technical controls limit access; no system promises zero risk. Report suspected unauthorized access or breaches to the operator. The operator must investigate and meet applicable notification and protection duties.
Attendance, bookings and shared links
Attendance may process person-linked events, time, approvals and corrections. Booking links process guest-supplied contact and appointment details without general hotel-room access. Partner links may expose selected documents. Owners control recipients, duration and revocation.
Minimization and decision review
Do not enter unnecessary personal data. Prepared analyses and rules require appropriate human review. Selling data for advertising or freely providing it to train an external generative model is not a service purpose. Material purpose changes require advance explanation and the appropriate legal basis.
