1. Service and parties
Hesabdar AI is business accounting and management software. The operator is Hacızadə Yusif Akif oğlu, an individual entrepreneur, tax ID 2009875372, Neapol Street, Khatai District, Baku, Azerbaijan; admin@hesabdar.site, +994 70 717 35 66. These terms apply to the account holder and the business they represent.
2. Age and authority
You must be at least 18 to create an account. This is a self-declaration, not an age check against government records. You must be authorized to represent a business and enter its data. Registration does not require identity documents or your date of birth.
3. Acceptance
Registration requires you to actively check the age and terms boxes. The referenced Payment and cancellation rules and Business data processing terms also apply. Acknowledgment of the Privacy and Cookie notices is recorded. The FAQ is informational. We retain the acceptance time, document version, content digest and language. This record is not represented as an advanced electronic signature or consent through a government system.
4. Account and staff access
Use an accurate email, protect your password and do not share credentials. Owners should grant staff only the access they need. Share invitation and public-access links only with intended recipients and revoke them when no longer needed. Report suspected unauthorized access to the operator.
5. Data accuracy and documents
Check transactions, stock, tax settings and documents. Enter only genuine transactions and documents you are entitled to provide. Fabricated invoices, signatures, stamps and false backdated evidence are prohibited. Rights in business data and documents remain with you or the relevant rights holder.
6. Calculations and official submission
Reports, tax drafts and assistant answers depend on your inputs and require review. Simplified tax and VAT preparation is not automatic government filing or professional legal or tax advice. Without an expressly identified official integration and authorization, the software does not sign or submit declarations on your behalf.
7. Plans and payment
Access depends on the selected plan and trial or payment status. The current price and charge currency are shown before checkout confirmation. Registration is not consent to card charges. Recurring renewal requires a separate explicit confirmation at checkout. See the Payment and cancellation rules.
8. External services and notifications
Bank, marketplace, fiscal device, social, calendar and Telegram connections may require separate activation, permissions and provider terms. A connection profile does not mean a live integration exists. Send financial notifications only to accounts you control. Telegram and calendar sharing are optional.
9. Prohibited use
Unauthorized access, malicious code, spam, rights violations, data theft and bypassing security controls are prohibited. Do not enter other people's special-category personal data without a lawful basis. A real security threat may lead to proportionate access restrictions and investigation.
10. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, internet issues and provider outages can affect availability; uninterrupted and error-free operation is not absolutely guaranteed. The operator remains responsible for its fault and legal obligations under applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory rights, liability or applicable consumer protections. Export and safeguard important documents regularly.
11. Cancellation, data requests and changes
Stop subscription renewal in billing and contact admin@hesabdar.site about your account or data. Cancellation does not mean immediate data deletion; legal retention duties still apply. Previously accepted versions and acceptance records are retained. Material changes must be separately communicated and accepted again where required; old acceptance is not retroactively applied to new text.
12. Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan apply. First report the issue to the operator in writing for investigation. If unresolved, you retain the right to contact a competent court or authority. Mandatory jurisdiction and complaint rights are not restricted.
13. License and intellectual property
Access grants a right to use the software within the plan and permissions for the service period, not ownership of software or source code. Customer data rights remain with their lawful holders; the operator processes data as needed for the service. Logos and third-party libraries remain subject to their rights and licenses.
14. Demo, public links and offline work
Demo data is fictional and does not evidence customer numbers or real finances. Public booking, partner, menu and terminal links are used for their stated purposes. Offline work covers supported preloaded screens and requires sync review. Full offline availability of every screen on every device is not promised.
15. Supplementary policies
The Acceptable use policy supplements these terms. Security, retention, provider, attendance and analysis notices explain scope without creating marketing or unlimited data consent. Mandatory law, individual written agreements and applicable order terms retain their respective priority in a conflict. The FAQ does not create separate promises.
16. Applying changes
Earlier versions remain in the archive and acceptance evidence. New contractual burdens and changes requiring consent are not applied retroactively without required notice and acceptance. New registration uses the current version; acceptance is not fabricated for legacy accounts. Price changes are disclosed before the next order.
