Hesabdar AIHosting and essential infrastructure
The current deployment uses Spaceship/cPanel hosting. Hosting may process application files, the database and logs; configured email processes addresses and message content. The server country and further providers require confirmation against the hosting account and contract. Exclusive Azerbaijan storage and unverified certification are not claimed. Contact the operator for clarification.
Telegram, calendars and document email
Telegram processes the chat ID and selected financial metrics, plus submitted files if document intake is used. Google/Microsoft calendars may process authorization tokens and appointment details. Mailbox intake concerns the selected mailbox and attachments. Connect only authorized accounts. Disconnecting does not recall previously transmitted copies.
Payments, banking, registers and adapters
Enabled Epoint payments may process the amount, order reference and result; card entry is hosted by the provider. Banks, registers, marketplaces and social channels receive data through separately authorized connections. An adapter does not establish a partnership or live contract. Check the service and activation conditions on its connection screen.
International transfers and provider changes
External services may process data in another country. The applicable basis and safeguards must be assessed before transfer. Registration is not consent to every future recipient. The operator informs users of necessary new providers and purposes and obtains separate consent or agreement where required. Customers may request an explanation of active transfers.
