Employer notice
The employer informs staff in advance about the purpose, data, access, retention and correction channel. The employer establishes the basis for employment processing; the owner’s acceptance does not supply every employee consent. The system does not itself create employment contracts or determine employment rights.
Camera, rotating code and time
Camera permission is used for QR scanning; this is not represented as facial recognition or continuous video surveillance. QR and PIN codes rotate and are validated for attendance and breaks. Server validation and device display time may differ. Sharing codes creates a fraud risk; the display should be controlled at the workplace entrance.
Offline events and review
Offline events may await synchronization and review; a device record is not the same as a server-validated event. Managers investigate conflicting records and consider staff explanations and corrections. A QR/PIN event alone does not guarantee physical presence.
Access, corrections and employment decisions
Managers restrict access to authorized people. Staff can request an explanation and correction, with approvals and edits traceable. Timesheets, payroll and disciplinary decisions require authorized human review. Disputed or unsynced events are not intended to trigger automatic fines, dismissal or restrictions on rights.
